Character at an exceptional value. Importantly, the discolouration is entirely superficial and has not altered the composition, durability or performance of the limestone in any way. It is an aesthetic residue associated with the processing procedure rather than an inherent defect within the stone. The affected pieces can be successfully restored during the installation process through cleaning with Actichem Stone Gel Pro. When applied as part of the initial construction clean and before the stone receives its final sealing treatment, this process removes the associated impurities and allows the discolouration to dissipate. Installation Note: Some pieces within this batch may display picture framing, while others will remain completely unaffected. The installer must inspect and clean the material using Actichem Stone Gel Pro in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions before completing the final sealing process. Once correctly cleaned, the surface presentation of the affected pieces will be restored without compromising the natural character or performance of the limestone.
